Leo Carreira to the stoves.

For one night only at MOI, Leo and MOI Head Chef, Nick Tannett, will bring together their passion for exploration and tradition to deliver an 8-course menu showcasing the best seasonal British ingredients with Japanese craft and technique.
Both alumni of Nuno Mendes, Leo and Nick have known each other for over a decade, walking similar paths through the London restaurant scene. Leo's formative years were spent cooking at the world-renowned Mugaritz in Spain, whilst in London his tenure as Head Chef at Viajante as well as roles at Lyle's, Koya, Londrino and The Sea The Sea have all showcased his culinary prowess.






Currently splitting his time between London and Portugal, he is Head Chef at Lisbon's Barbela where flavours and textures are at the forefront of his pioneering, cerebral cooking style. Nick describes him as "one of the country's most exciting chefs".
