Our menu centres around the simplicity of live fire cooking, showcasing British and Japanese produce. Sushi is hand-crafted to create dishes rooted in tradition but with understated, contemporary flair.

At the Sushi Counter, enjoy a selection of sashimi, hand rolls, maki and nigiri.

MOI offers an energetic list of low-intervention and biodynamic wines from small scale winemakers, as well as a considered selection of sake and shochu. Cocktails take on culinary cues, working with the best producers and local ingredients whilst leaning into Japanese techniques and ideas.
